The following questions aim to assist our fitness professional in customizing a program and/or nutrition plan that aligns with your goals, considering your physical history and body type for optimal results.
Ectomorph(Lean and slender body type with difficulty gaining muscle or weight).
Mesomorph(Naturally muscular and athletic build, with an easier time gaining and maintaining muscle).
Endomorph(rounder and stockier body type with a tendency to store fat easily and a slower metabolism).
Sedentary (little to no exercise or physical activity in your daily routine).
Lightly Active (Engage in light physical activity or exercise 1-3 days a week).
Moderately Active: (Participate in moderate exercises or physical activity 3-5 days a week).
Very Active (Engage in vigorous exercise or physical activity 6-7 days a week).
Extremely Active (intense exercise or physically demanding job every day).
Our programs include Live View, your coach will periodically schedule assessments to evaluate your techniques and movements to ensure correct posture and performance of the exercises.
